Return Process

  Log into your Switchkraft account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided in your confirmation email.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
